Created through Methode Champenoise by the great house of G.H. Martel, with a tradition founded in 1869 through the expertise of the house of Ernest Rapeneau, Louis Morette is an amazing champagne of class and elegance. The wine goes through a vigorous process starting with primary fermentation followed by the capping and crowning of the bottles. The wine then goes through secondary fermentation aged at 45 degree angle.
The bottle necks are then frozen and the crown caps are removed. A dosage of sugar is added and the bottles are recorked. This process has been used for centuries and ensures the highest quality of wines with multiple layers of complexity, fruit and bubbles.

Louis Morette Brut is a champagne with a deep golden yellow robe that is magnificent, bright and sparkling. A fresh vintage that is smooth harmonious and endowed with great lingering taste. A clear color with a delightful foam. A lively, mineral nose with hints of brioche. Fresh on the palate, an elegant effervescence and harmonious lemon aromas. The Brut is a blend of 56% Pinot Noir, 38% Pinot Meunier and 6% Chardonnay. The Rose is an exceptionally high-quality wine that presents itself as a lovely salmon pink color with an endless number of bubbles. Clean tasting with red berry flavors; cherries and raspberries accompanied by vanilla notes, the body gives way to a refined after taste. The Rose is a fresh bubbly blend of 20% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 12% Pinot Meunier and 15% Coteaux Champenois Rouge. As it blooms with the flavors of strawberry rounded out by a light minerality that make it in ideal pairing for charcuterie, shellfish, and antipasti.
